1. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form or when requesting a quote:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Property address (for quotes)
- Description of the work requested
We do not collect specially protected data or data from individuals under 14 years of age.
2. Purpose of processing
The data provided is used exclusively to:
- Handle and respond to your quote request or enquiry.
- Contact you to arrange a visit to the property and carry out the work.
- Manage the business relationship in the event that services are contracted.
- Send you information about our services if you have expressly requested it.
We do not carry out any automated profiling or automated decision-making.
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis that legitimises the processing of your data is the express consent of the data subject, given at the time of submitting the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
In the event that services are contracted, the legal basis will be the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Data retention
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the legally required period to comply with applicable legal obligations. If no contract is entered into, data is deleted within a maximum of 12 months from the last contact.
5. Disclosure of data to third parties
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required or strictly necessary for the provision of the contracted service. In particular, it may be shared with:
- Accountants or advisors (for invoicing and accounting management)
- Public authorities (tax and legal obligations)
- Financial institutions (payment and collection management)
- IT service providers (hosting, email, website maintenance)
All such third parties act as data processors and are contractually obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
Your data will never be sold to third parties.
